You may request a cancellation within the applicable cooling-off period.

Refunds are only available for eligible and unused parts of your services.

Setup fees, activation charges, and used services are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days to process.

Some contract plans may include early termination fees.

Returned devices must be in original condition with all packaging.

Damaged, lost, or heavily used devices may not qualify for a full refund.

SIM-only deals are refundable within the cooling-off period only.

Cancellations usually take effect from the next billing cycle.
